RIBOLINK (Riboflavin) is a sterile, single-dose ophthalmic solution containing 0.1% Riboflavin designed specifically for corneal cross-linking procedures. It is preservative-free, yellow-colored, and isotonic, formulated to enhance the structural integrity of the cornea during UV-A light irradiation treatment for conditions such as keratoconus and corneal ectasia. Ribolink supports precision in para-surgical procedures by generating oxygen free radicals under UV exposure, which strengthen corneal collagen fibers.

INDICATIONS:
- Used in conjunction with ophthalmic UV-A irradiation for conservative parap-surgical treatment of keratoconus and corneal ectasia[pathologies].
- Retards progression of keratoconus, potentially preventing the need for corneal transplant.
- Supports treatment of pellucid marginal degeneration, bullous keratopathy with corneal ulcer, corneal ulceration, advanced corneal edema, and infectious keratitis with corneal melts.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- RIBOLINK riboflavin ophthalmic solution is instilled every 5 minutes during 30 minutes of UV-A irradiation (at 3.0 mW/cm2, 365 nm, 50-100 mm distance).
- Supplied as a 2 mL, sterile, pre-filled syringe with cannula ensuring sterility and easy application.
- The solution should be stored below 300C and protected from light, with strict single- use policy for sterility assurance.
